Hi,
So I have gained a significant amount of weight over the past two years. The weight gained started last year after I hurt my knee playing college basketball. And it just has gotten worse over the years. I am only 21 and I should be in my prime and living life to its fullest but instead I am constantly worried if I look "fat" in an outfit.
I am currently in a relationship with a wonderful man, but he has mentioned my weight gain and how I have lost myself. In hearing him say that it really made me realize I need to fix some things in my life; starting with my weight. I am not doing this change for him or for anyone else, but for me and my personal health and well-being. I would love to be a mother someday and I feel that if I am going to be a mother then I would love to be in good shape first. So here I am starting my first day of this lifestyle change.
I am excited to share this journey with you and to let you know how it goes. I am changing my diet completely and I am going to make a work out schedule that fits my crazy schedule. This journey is not going to be easy, but the end results are going to be worth it!!
